We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help make it easy.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We primarily ship via USPS, though UPS or FedEx may be used depending on your order size, destination, or delivery timeframe.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel it for you, and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow our standard return process instead.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or perfume
• Free of any alterations
• Returned with all original tags attached

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund and could be sent back to you.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you return instructions, including the address to ship your item back to.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3-11 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to us. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
• Accessories
• Intimates and swimwear
• Gift cards

Please double check sizing and details before purchasing these items, as we're unable to accept them back.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, simply return your original item for a refund (following the guidelines above) and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This helps ensure you get your new item as quickly as possible.
